GINZA SIX

GINZA SIX於2017年春季開幕，作為銀座地區最大商空，於開發階段整併兩個街廓，

並廢止原街內道路轉為私設通路隱身於建物之中，建物樓層為地下6層、地上13層及屋頂庭園，

總樓地板面積約達15公頃。

GINZA SIX opened in the spring of 2017, serving as the largest commercial space in the Ginza area.

During the development phase, it integrated two city blocks and eliminated the original streets,

transforming them into private pathways hidden within the building.

The structure consists of 6 basement levels, 13 above-ground levels, and a rooftop garden,

with a total floor area of approximately 15 hectares.

SUNLIGHT ON THE PENINSULA

關稅同盟煤礦工業 kokerei zollverein

關稅同盟煤礦工業建築群位於德國埃森北部，為歷史性工業紀念物，並在2001年為聯合國教科文組織指定世界遺產，同年成立關稅同盟發展責任有限公司，如關稅同盟基金會與工業紀念物歷史文化保存基金會等，為這個已不再運作的工業建築群作保存與再利用。

Paley Park 這個位於曼哈頓中城東53街於1967年蓋好的口袋公園，由Zion & Breen所設計建造。長型的空間由整面的人工瀑布和兩側爬著常春藤的石牆所構成。白色鑄鐵網椅，大理石圓桌和成排的樹木讓整個空間相當有禪意。

大溪威斯汀THE WESTIN TASHEE RESORT TAOYUAN

以峇厘島風格為主題的度假酒店，由笠復投資斥資近40億，歷經三年多改建昔日政商雲集的鴻禧大溪別館，由萬豪集團旗下喜達屋集團的招牌威斯汀酒店經營管理。

OMO5大塚，以大塚站與荒川線為鄰，旅店以電車為元素布置。

對於一片封塵二十餘年的土地，我們有甚麼盼望，又會賦予它甚麼想像…一直以來這是我們在規劃時不停思索的課題，並且設計時咀嚼在地元素的反饋，我想這就是我們對這片土地的尊重，以及展現地景地貌的關懷。

淚滴公園 TEARDROP PARK

位處曼哈頓島下城區的淚滴公園，為100%人造公園，基盤為填海造陸而成，四周環繞建築群樓。也鑑於此，設計師運用北端較高的地勢與脫離南端的建築，因而得以留設較大面的草坪空間，藉此將陽光引入。而南北之間隔著一道人工砌石牆，兼具收拾地勢高差與彰顯四季變換的表情。每塊石頭加工後依照設計線條於礦場試排模擬，最後再運至公園內按編號砌築。 Tear Drop Park, located in the Lower Manhattan area, is a 100% man-made park, built on land reclaimed from the sea, surrounded by a cluster of buildings. Given this context, the designer utilized the higher terrain at the northern end and the separation from the buildings at the southern end to create a larger lawn space, allowing sunlight to enter. A man-made stone wall separates the north and south, serving both to manage the elevation difference and to highlight the changing seasons. Each stone was processed and arranged according to design lines in a quarry for simulation, and then transported to the park to be constructed according to a numbering system.
